We believe that when organizations have clear key objectives it makes it easier for everyone to know what winning looks like. But we also know that company key objectives are great to have, but don't always mean a lot to the people who have to, you know, actually do the work. It is so common to see grand key objectives, but then front line staff just really hoping that they can get to the four urgent emails that they have in their in box before the end of the day. Leaders often forget that what winning looks like for them is not what winning looks like for their employees. In today's episode, we discuss aligning winning so everyone can feel successful in their jobs.
