Episode 153 Transparently, Not Totally Transparent

People Centric are advocates for transparency in the workplace! We say that communication should go top to bottom, bottom to top, side to side, and everywhere in between. We say that employers should be open, and vulnerable, and even share financials with employees. But we admit that there are times when total transparency is a bad idea. So, in an effort to be transparent with you all, the People Centric team laid out the times when a company or manager can't or shouldn't be totally transparent.
